With a robust analytical foundation and a proven track record in both the private and public sector, Anisha champions an evidence-based approach to consulting, always driven by diagnostic insights and a solutions-focused mindset.
Anisha's professional journey is marked by a solid academic background, including a first-class honours BSc in Business Information Systems and an MBA from Warwick University, where she earned a scholarship and graduated in the top 10% of her cohort with a distinction. Her extensive experience spans senior leadership roles, strategic programme management (PRINCE2 qualified), and coaching and mentoring, particularly for individuals from underrepresented groups.
She is adept at facilitating workshops and engaging diverse stakeholders, from the public, patients and clinicians to regional and national leaders. With a track record that includes management consultancy to improve healthcare outcomes, such as increasing discharge rates, meeting regional and national targets and delivering on large scale complex programmes, Anisha is committed to helping teams achieve more than they thought possible.
